Research scope and disclosure boundary
The public research scope explains the categories of analysis while protecting KoniKode’s detailed methods.
High-level work may cover property identity, physical and legal context, infrastructure, comparable evidence, financing considerations, renovation scenarios and source limitations. These areas describe a research problem space, not an autonomous decision maker.
Detailed protocols, formulas, source-capture procedures and decision rules remain proprietary. Any future product will require its own validated scope, user safeguards and commercial documentation.
- Audience: property researchers and potential collaborators
- No guaranteed recommendations or investment results
- Detailed research methods remain private
